Accelerated Reader Program (K-12th Grade)
Time and Location
Program Details
Our Accelerated Reader Program is a multifaceted course that seeks to gauge a student’s reading level through an assessment test (based on state and district standards) and then provide a large library of books that a student can read. All books come with a point-based score that is calculated by a book’s grade level and difficulty.
First, students take a STAR test which will show their reading level for their grade. We then assign books for students to reads and can test them once they’re finished to check for comprehension.
The AR system is the most widely used reading practice program in the country. With quizzes for over 200,000 books and more than 180 peerreviewed academic articles, progress in your student's reading comprehension skills is guaranteed.
Note: The course fee is nonrefundable. If you're unable to attend, please contact to ensure your payment can be credited towards other tutoring or classes.
